To replace the bushings i used the "tool" that came w/ my old fifth element to install the reducers. It was basically a piece of all thread w/ a nutted end. On to the piece of all thread slides a metal cylinder w/ a flat washer and then you tighten a nut on the other side. It's kinda hard to explain and it's been a while since i've done it. Also, last time i installed bushings I broke the head off the all thread.

I got the frame today, I wanted to build it right away, but I claimed down and took it to the local powder coaters and I'm hopping to see it on Friday in a nice Bengal orange.

yeah just got my mri results yesterday, my talus isnt chipped but i have alot of serious scar tissue built up on all my surround ligaments. i have the option for surgery this tim but if anything this serious happens again ill be forced to get the knife
